Gina, Dental Assistant

Gina initiated her dental career with a degree in Dental Laboratory Technology from Triton College, in Illinois. This gave her a solid technical foundation and communication skill with laboratories. She later worked with a nationally recognized local Santa Fe dental ceramics lab.

Gina’s career next progressed into direct patient care, as a dental assistant. Her outgoing positive personality is an asset for comforting patients. Her technical training is evidenced in the detailed efforts made in coordination with our laboratories. Being a strong advocate for special needs citizens, Gina has personally focused much of her time and energy teaching hearing-loss children.

Annie, Dental Assistant

With more than seven years of experience in dentistry, Annie works chairside as Dr. Davis' dental assistant. She is a Santa Fe native and, with her extended family, is committed to civic and social contributions in our area. If you are new to Santa Fe, Annie is the "go-to" person for questions about our people, services, and history. She can direct you to anyone from a good auto mechanic to a great restaurant to the history of our Zozobra Fiesta! Annie has a background and passion for horticulture. She designed and maintains the artistic sunken garden, viewable from our treatment rooms.

Ida, Dental Assistant

Ida has more than 17 years of experience in dentistry. She is a certified dental assistant with a history of teaching at Santa Fe Community College, and she also served on the college's board of directors. Ida has an eye for esthetics as a licensed esthetician. She not only assists with smile designs, but she has wonderful ideas for healthy skin.

Jean, Patient Care Coordinator

As the face and voice of our front office, Jean welcomes patients and assists them through every phase of dental care. She has a way of getting to know each of our patients as if they are a member of her family – their likes, dislikes, and interests. Jean is always here to answer questions and make sure that you have an enjoyable experience with SMILES OF SANTA FE. A registered nurse and licensed massage therapist, Jean has an extensive background in many facets of healthcare. This history and knowledge allows her to integrate dental care with other elements of medicine for a holistic view of dentistry and wellness.
